Eric B. — Client acquitted of First Degree Robbery of a check cashing store after jury trial. The client was charged with robbing the store at gunpoint with another unapprehended individual and making off with $90,000. He was later identified in a lineup by a witness.

Wang Z. — The client was charged with multiple counts of Rape in the First Degree involving his ex-wife and pre-trial we were able to negotiate a reduction of all charges and the client was allowed to plead guilty to a violation (not a crime) without jail-time.

Jack B. — After trial, the jury acquitted the client on a charge of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree after he was accused of trying to stab his live-in girlfriend to death with a ten-inch bread knife while intoxicated.
